Apartment upstairs from our house, with a separate entrance, in a small cul-de-sac away from the street. Renovated in 2021 and located between Poitiers city center and the Futuroscope. Easy access to public transportation and free street parking. Quiet neighborhood close to all shops... bus station/SNCF 20 min walk, 10 min bus. Futuroscope accessible in 30 min by public transport and 10 min by car. The space The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen area (fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with a small round table, with a large well-facing window. The sleeping area has a 140 cm bed, a sliding closet, 2 nightstands and a console. Finally, a small bathroom with shower and sink as well as a separate toilet. A roller shutter allows total darkness at night. Other things to note a fan is available in case of high heat. It is quite possible to install a baby bed in the night area.
