Spacious Bellefonte home on 5 wooded acres with a spectacular view. Just 7 miles to Beaver Stadium on I-99. 1 minute away from downtown Bellefonte where you can find quaint shops, restaurants and more. Available Friday and/or Saturday for PSU games and events. Our house sleeps 10+ comfortably. Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom with a king size bed and master bathroom. Also on the second floor is bedroom #2 with 1 twin bed and bedroom #3 with a full size bed that share a full bathroom. On the first floor is bedroom #4 with a full size loft bed and a queen size bed that can access a bathroom with a corner shower. Finally on the bottom level there is bedroom #5 with a full size bed and a very large sofa. Check in time is 4:00. Large 30 x 50 pole barn available upon request. Internet and cable TV available. Guests may use the heat/ air conditioning as desired. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and various appliances. Guests may also use all pots/pans, plates/bowls, serving dishes, utensils and any other kitchen items. Fresh linens for beds, and towels are provided for guests. There is a laundry room that is also available for use by guests. We will be staying locally and will be available by phone should you need anything. Security deposit and cleaning fee required.
