The space Enjoy 1,235+ sqft of artistically designed comfort. Home has an open space design concept so you feel the space. Enjoy TV in the living room. There is 1 TV in the living room. Show your active side and walk to the Panther's practice facility 3 minutes away. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any meal your heart desires, from pots, pans, bakeware, and utensils. We provide basic seasonings however feel free to bring your own flavor to the kitchen! -1st level is the garage and entryway and 1 Queen Bedroom -2nd Level Kitchen, Living Room -3rd Level Queen Bedroom with Bath, Washer & Dryer (Utility Room) Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Centrally located and within walking distance to downtown, there are many options to see in the Queen city. Other things to note We want nothing more than your stay to be 5 stars, so we've listed a couple of things below that we think you should know and will help prepare you for your future stay! -No smoking of any kind is permitted inside of the home. There will be a mandatory penalty fee of $100 for the removal of any smoke detectors -No parties or events. -No weapons or firearms are permitted -A maximum of 2 cars are allowed to park on the property -No parking on the lawn. IMPORTANT: Please be advised that the guest will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID for verification. The minimum age requirement of the primary booking person is 21+ yrs old. Again NO weapons NO drugs NO PARTIES allowed. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 9 pm - 8 am each day. Early check-in is upon request and a fee of $50 ONLY booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). After 4 guests each additional person is a fee of $25 each. Disclosure: There are cameras installed throughout the building, (outside of the home) to see who comes in and out of the property. We also include noise monitoring devices to help see if it gets too loud in the home, (it can’t hear any conversations). This helps to protect the safety of each and every guest. Stays Longer Than 28 Days: If you are planning to stay with us for more than 28 days, you will be required to sign a contract prior to arriving at the property.
