Louis Street Cottage with Optional Captain's Suite

Welcome to the Louis Street Cottage in Thunderbolt, Georgia, a short 2 blocks from the Intercoastal Waterway. The Town of Thunderbolt is an eminently walkable town with its riverfront, parks and restaurants but 2 or 3 blocks from your door. The Cottage is only a 12 minute drive from downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Public tennis courts and a public golf course as well as numerous shopping opportunities are within a 5-10 minute drive. The space - The Cottage accommodates groups of up to 8 guests in the main house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. - For larger groups, the Captain's Suite which provides a sitting room with queen sofa bed and queen bedroom with double vanity bath for an additional 2-4 guests. - The Captain's Suite is accessed off the dining room area or through the private rear entrance. The Captain's Suite is available upon special request ONLY. The additional fee is incorporated into the request for 10 or more individuals. For smaller groups, the cost of the Captain's Suite, if available, can be negotiated as an additional fee. Just contact Edward through AirBnB with your inquiry. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main house. Should the Captain's Suite be available, those additional rooms will be accessible from the dining room through a private and locked door. I live in the home that shares the backyard with the Cottage. I am available for questions or concerns by cell phone and someone will always be readily available. Other things to note Beach Information Tybee Island is about a 15 minute drive from Thunderbolt. There are beach towels and beach mats available for your use. I also have a couple of chairs and boogie boards that you are welcomed to borrow. There is a hose next to the side deck that you can use to rinse yourself and your beach items. As AirBnB does now have an agreement to collect state and local taxes. Beginning June 1, 2020, these fees will be collected through AirBnB.
