There is a 6 guest / 3 car maximum at the condo. The space The Desert Princess Country Club is a private, gated community with a 24 hr guarded security gate and roving patrol. Desert Princess offers a full range of recreational opportunities for its members and guests: 35 pools, a fitness center, a full-service spa, 7 Plexipave US Open blue/green tennis courts, 2 bocceball courts, 10 championship pickleball courts, 2 climate controlled racquetball courts, squash, and basketball (additional fees may apply). There is also an on-site restaurant, Mountain View Grille. The condo has a gated entry and fenced courtyard with a keyless-entry front door. We have installed a NEW air conditioner/furnace and Nest thermostat for your comfort. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience with laundry supplies. There is a BBQ on the front patio with quick access to the kitchen, as well as a back patio with chaise lounges, Adirondack chairs, and a dining table & chairs facing the golf course and mountains. This resort is best suited for families and adults over 25. Occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Parties are NOT allowed. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from inside of the condo shall not be heard beyond the property line of the condo at all times. Use of outdoor amenities / activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 pm - 8 am. The City has a 24-hour hotline for reporting noise violations and the fines are hefty - guests will be responsible for any fines associated with violations during their stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo! 3-bedroom, 2-baths, kitchen, family room and patios. The maximum number of guests is 6 with more more than 3 cars. No additional guests / visitors permitted. Guests are required to comply with Cathedral City's noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations. NO events/parties/large gatherings allowed.
