We welcome you to a quiet, elegant, traditional seaside stone house built in 1890 that served as a storehouse of oil, figs and wheat and renovated in early 2022. Renovated in a very beautiful way with natural materials (cotto floor, ceramic tiles, art paintings) , minimal full of comforts and harmonized with the natural environment. The space Our 60 m2 studio consists of a room with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, from a Living room - Dining room with 2 single sofa beds, from a bathroom with boiler and from a kitchen fully equipped with Microwave, electric stove, nespresso machine, kettle and refrigerator with freezer. Also in the area you will find WIFI, A/C and a SMART TV. The outdoor area consists of a very beautiful courtyard full of trees, plants and flowers and a terrace by the sea among oleanders and jasmines to enjoy your breakfast. In front of the apartment there is a Cafe - Bar where you can enjoy your coffee or your drink. Guest access Our guests have access to all areas of the house. Other things to note The house is located just 30 meters from the turquoise waters of a beautiful quiet sandy beach with stunning views of the sunset. A short distance from the house (you do not need to drive) you will find three taverns / cafes and in less than 5 minutes from the village center you will find three additional taverns and a pharmacy.
