NEW cozy beach cottage 3 blocks from beach!

Welcome to your home away from home! Our fully renovated & modern beach cottage is the perfect place to relax & reset, whether that's lounging in our bright, cozy living room, spending the day at the beach (a quick 3 block walk) or sipping on your drink of choice by the fire pit in the backyard. We are centrally located between 30a & Pier Park with plenty of amazing restaurants, shops & nightlife to experience. Come stay with us, we're always open! Follow us on IG @its.alwaysopen The space We really wanted the space to feel cozy & lived in with a modern, beach vibe. It is a single level house with a large primary bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. The primary room has a queen bed with a 54" Roku TV. The TV is on a swivel and can be rotated to face the bed. The smaller bedroom has a day bed with a twin mattress and a roll out trundle with a twin mattress as well. The small bedroom has a shared closet with a dresser that flows into the primary bedroom, and there is an additional closet specifically dedicated to the primary bedroom. The living room, dining room & kitchen have a open floor plan that is filled with natural light. The living room has a 54" Roku TV and full internet access with free WIFI. Streaming services are not provided but you are more than welcome to sign into your personal accounts to stream. Just be sure to sign out before check out. The fireplace is capped off but it is filled with chopped, stacked wood to create a cozy vibe. We also have provided several different board games in a basket next to the fireplace. The dining table seats 4 and there is additional seating for 3 at the bar. We offer a fully equipped kitchen: fridge with filtered water, freezer with ice maker, 12-cup coffee pot, dishwasher, 4-slot toaster, microwave. All the necessary dinnerware (plates, bowls, silverware, wine glasses, drinking glasses, coffee cups). The laundry room is right off the kitchen, there is a pocket door to close if necessary. Laundry detergent & wool dryer balls are provided. The back door is located in the laundry room. There is a small deck with stairs that leads to pavers where we have a gas fire pit & 4 Adirondack chairs w/ cup holders. The propane tank is under the tank. The bathroom has a shower/tub with a shower curtain. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & bar soap are all provided as well as a hairdryer that is located under the sink in the vanity. There is central air & heat. The thermostat is an Ecobee. The living room & primary bedroom have ceiling fans with lights. The smaller bedroom has a rattan ceiling light fixture. The backyard is fully fenced & the gate is located on the left side of the house. Slightly lift the gate to lock. The driveway fits 3-4 cars. Guest access The entire home is available to the guest with the exception of a linen cabinet in the laundry room that is for the cleaners. Other things to note **Must be 24+ to book OR have a parent book your reservation.**
