Designed for your long-term stay! This primary bedroom with a walk-in closet is on the 2nd level of a townhome. The room is decorated with a queen bed, nightstand, desk, office chair, dresser, and accent chair. A private bathroom with a shower is located in the room. Full access to a stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. WiFi included. Trendy location near shopping/dining/movies at nearby Washingtonian Center/Rio/Crown. Near highway 270 and NIST in Gaithersburg. The space The townhouse has five rooms in total, all with long-term, screened guests. The house is pretty quiet since many guests spend much time taking advantage of the many local attractions and delicious, diverse food in the area. Interact as little or as much as you like with other guests. This room is located on the second floor, is fully furnished, and includes towels, linens, and a quilt. Extra blankets and pillows are available. Two windows offer natural light with blinds and curtains for privacy. We do provide starter toiletries and toilet paper for your convenience when you first arrive. Extra personal care items, first aid items, and cleaning supplies are in a closet if needed. A fully stocked shared kitchen is upstairs with the essentials you need like plates, bowls, mugs, silverware, cookware, and tools. The kitchen includes a microwave, range/oven, refrigerator, Instant Pot, blender/food processor, and coffee maker. You will purchase your own food. A washer and dryer are in the basement for your use. The washer is coin-operated. Guest access In addition to your room and private bath, you can cook in the kitchen which has a refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, coffee maker, and other small appliances. Washer and dryer are also available in the basement. During your stay The property manager and landlord do not live in the house, but the property manager is available through Airbnb messenger at any time. We work to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Other things to note For the safety and security of everyone, we request a background check and lease for all guests. After you book your stay, we will request information to complete a background check ($26). You may also email a recent one instead. If your background check is clear, we will issue you a standard lease to sign. Note that in the background check, we are only concerned about issues that could affect the safety and security of our other guests and the property owner. If the background check does not clear our screening process, we will cancel your reservation within 48 hours. The well-being of all guests and tenants, including you, is our concern.
