There is a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside the house (you are welcome to outside). And of course, please closely monitor your young kiddos on the stairs and near the big windows - thanks! A stay here shouldn't be anything less than convenient, peaceful and serene! Guest access The entire cottage and yard/patio just outside the cottage is exclusively yours to enjoy. To access the guest cottage, you will park on the street (plenty of free parking) and walk down our driveway and path to the cottage (all well marked and lit). We live in the main house on the property. We have two young daughters that are often running around outside in the warmer months. We have our own front yard separate from the guest cottage but our side yard is open to the cottage space (with a fence up to keep our dog in). Other things to note The cottage is not child-proof.
