Condo in Arvada

The Water Tower Village community has a pool, hot tub and gym. There is a 2-car attached garage on the first level, tandem parking, and keypad entry. The 2nd level holds the kitchen, eating area, 1/2 bath, dining area and the living room with a fireplace, SMART flat screen TV, and balcony. The space The third level has the 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, SMART flat screen TV and large walk-in closet. There's a desk office area and a large closet. The washer and dryer are in the hallway closet. Other things to note To make your arrival a little easier on you, our starter welcome packet includes: • 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom • 2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom • 1 hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom • 1 roll paper towel • 1 packet dishwasher detergent • 2 trash bags size-13-gallon • 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load) • Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans • Salt and pepper Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish as we do not restock these items. This is an industry-standard practice. Cleaning supplies are not stocked due to safety issues.
