Welcome to The White Butterfly, our newly renovated modern farmhouse nestled in a quiet neighborhood in downtown/midtown. Our family home accommodates families and friends with large open areas for socializing and sun-filled nooks for reading and playing games. Walk to downtown (10 blocks), eateries and shopping in midtown (5 blocks) and two neighborhood playgrounds. Or simply "staycation" and enjoy coffee on the porch overlooking the English garden while children play in the expansive yard. The space As you enter the house, you will be greeted by the open kitchen and dining room - the star of the house. Sixteen-foot vaulted ceilings and wrap around windows let in an abundance of natural light and offer views of the mountains to the east and glorious pine and maple trees to the west. The well-stocked kitchen and dining area serves as a gathering spot for friends and family traveling together. The living room with a cozy gas fireplace, powder room, and master bedroom/bathroom with a king bed, walk in shower, and fabulous soaking tub are on the main floor. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one of which has a designated work space that overlooks the property, are on the second floor. Additionally, a full bathroom, a large sitting area, and trundle bed (two twins) are on the second floor. We love natural light and views as evidenced by the intentional windows throughout the house. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do! Outside, the covered porch offers views of the well-tended English garden and expansive property and accommodates all members of your group. Outdoor and indoor games, books, and puzzles are provided for your enjoyment. Guest access You will have the house to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Please note the detached garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note We love our neighbors and wish to be respectful of them at all times. Therefore, we do not allow parties, events, or gatherings. Thank you for understanding. Additionally, because our property is nestled within trees, we do not allow fireworks or fires of any kind.
