Property includes a ONE BEDROOM cabin and SEPARATE BUNKHOUSE, both with full baths. The Bunkhouse is available to parties with more than 2 guests, or who require more than 1 bed. It has its own lockbox. Access to Bunkhouse is an additional $20/pp per night. The bunkhouse has it's own entrance with a twin & double bunk bed and another full attached bathroom. PLEASE NOTE THAT BUNKHOUSE IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN BOOKING FOR THREE OR MORE GUESTS (or by prior arrangement at an additional fee). Damage deposit of $200 required. Our cabin & bunkhouse are fully at your disposal in a completely private setting without any other buildings or inhabitants to interrupt your tranquil stay. There are lock boxes with the keys inside, allowing seamless check-in and check-out. This delightful cabin has been enjoyed by our family for five generations and now is available to you too! We like to give our guests privacy but also wish to provide you with everything you need to make your stay a long term happy memory. I will be available by phone/text. Easy access to the Seattle Outlet Mall (8 Miles), Equal distances to Seattle and Anacortes (44 Miles), Three mile loop around lake for nice walk or bike ride, 11 miles to ocean (Kayak Point County Park) and golf club. Nearby shopping includes Costco, Walmart, Dicks, Target and Safeway. There are also numerous dine-in and carryout options. Urgent Care is within 8 miles. Best accessed by car. The outside of the cabin is rustic and the inside is modern and light with comfortable new finishings and a fully stocked kitchen. There is ample off road parking and the setting is very private. Wifi is included. No smoking is permitted. Our cabin & bunkhouse is well situated to visit both Seattle and the San Juan Islands. Public boat launch is water level dependent.
