Southampton Guest House

Welcome to our lovely summer guest house. A private and comfortable studio with full en-suite bathroom. The space can sleep 4 comfortably with a queen bed, and two twin day beds. The guest house is located in the rear of the property, overlooking the pool. There is parking for 1 vehicle. (Booking may include full access to pool/lounge chairs, large backyard grounds, and outdoor dining space, please inquire). The space The Guest House is a separate building located in the rear of the property. It has cathedral ceilings, a large ceiling fan and air conditioning. For your convenience, there is a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster in the space. Dishes and utensils, as well as luxury bath and beach towels are provided. Guest access Rental may include private access to back yard grounds, gunite pool and lounge chairs (pictured) as well as a Weber BBQ gas-grill and outdoor table which seats 4. Please inquire. Other things to note The Guest House has a separate entrance and overlooks the pool.
