Welcome to the Gîte de Nounours in Beauval! Old country house recently renovated with taste, the charm of the old, 4 km from the Beauval ZOO and close to many Loire castles such as Cheverny, Chenonceau, Blois, Montpoupon, Fougères sur bièvre, Talcy, Valencay...) ideal for a couple with children. Couflons nautical base 5 minutes walk to practice canoeing, sailing, paddleboarding... on the Cher with stunning views of the Château de Saint Aignan. The space Tastefully renovated house (52 m²): Open and equipped kitchen with a bar/dining area for 4 (60 cm sink, induction cooktop, built-in microwave oven, built-in ventilated heat oven, Senseo coffee machine, family refrigerator with freezer, 12-place dishwasher, raclette machine). TV corner with 80 cm screen, 160 x 200 IKEA Hemnes sofa bench Ikea dining table for 4 people, extendable if needed. Upstairs are the beds including an Ikea Moltone bed of 160 cm and an Ikea bunk bed of 90 x 200 cm on a mid-height stand, ideal for children. Shower room worked with great care, fully covered with travertine stone, 120 x 80 shower tray, round sink on solid wood furniture, towel dryer. Separate toilet with storage. Garden of 150 m², 2 terraces (30 m²) including one with direct view of the Cher. Garden furniture for 4 people (present summer season from May 10 to September 30), charcoal barbecue on hard ground. Parking in front of the house for a small car in front of the main entrance or for a large car opposite the main entrance. The house is heated by a heat pump. Also equipped with air conditioning. Unlimited Wi-Fi Self check-in via key box. House heated to 20 degrees in the autumn and winter season and cooled to 25 degrees in the summer season. Guest access Check-in is from 4:30 p.m. Check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. A manual is provided at the time of booking for optimal use of the house and its equipment. Access to the house is via a communal road serving a small block of country houses. Parking is available. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not provided, remember to bring your own. Ikea Moltone bed 160 x 200, single bunk bed 90 x 200, pillows 40 x 65 (adults) and 60 x 60 (child) Cleaning is included at the end of the stay, but this does not prevent you from leaving the accommodation in good condition. Available during the stay: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels and household products. Consumption must be reasonable, always think of the guests after you.
