You'll have all you need with this private terrace level suite! Park in the driveway and walk into your private living room complete with big screen flat TV, giant sectional, and kitchen corner with microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. You'll continue into the hallway where your quiet bedroom and separate full bath awaits. All you need for rest and relaxation await for you here in my little slice of quiet heaven! All it needs now is you. Welcome! The space Welcome! You'll have the entire terrace level to yourself, with private entrance on the side of the home, where you have a living room with big screen TV, large sectional sofa, quiet bedroom, walk in closet, and full bath. You will also have an area with a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a king bed in the bedroom and room for 2 to sleep on the large sectional. The sectional is not a pullout, but sleeps like 2 twins. The bathroom has a sink, toilette, and stand up shower. I also have a pack and play if needed for a baby. **Please note that I occupy the top 2 floors. The terrace level is private to you with no shared spaces and your own entrance on the outside of the house. There is a privacy door that is dead bolted at the top of the stairs that enters into my living space, but that is always dead bolted and never opened** Guest access Guests will have access to the stocked fishing lake and walking path around the lake and woods that is part of our beautiful community. We will be happy to point you in that direction should you want to enjoy! Other things to note **Please note there are no pets and no smoking allowed in or on the property. Breaking these rules will result in an up to $1000 deep cleaning fee.
