"Lits d'Isle" Garden gîte, by the river

In the front row to observe the wildlife of the garden, the river, and to take a good bath of greenery!! 70 m2 cottage, terrace opens onto a large wooded and flowery property, detached house, not overlooked. Large 20 m2 living room, bay window, equipped kitchen, master bedroom upstairs and small bedroom, hut type. Ideally located, very quiet, 5 min walk to the city center, 3 km to the sea. Along a bike path, a fishing trail, and at the crossroads of many hikes! The space 3-star tourist residence Beds are made on arrival!!!! Pillowcases and duvet covers are as often as possible in linen (grown in the region) Towels and tea towels available on site. Lavomatic, 800 meters away, open daily. For medium stays, with children, possibility to use the washing machine of the house, located right next door. Guest access Provision (under conditions) of a yurt tent, to be set up near the river!!! ...to experience a night on the grass, listening to the sounds of the night, and the bird concert at dawn!!! Other things to note Garden flower schedule: *February: first daffodils, crocuses, periwinkles and primroses *March/April: pear trees, then apple trees in bloom *May/June: peonies, roses, irises, clematis, valerians and wisteria *July/August: daisies, hemerocallis, nasturtiums and... the vegetable garden!!! *Sept/Oct: asters, cosmos, hydrangeas, and... fruit harvest!!! *Nov: yellow and red foliage!!! The "wildlife" to be seen from time to time, from the bay window of the cottage: Ducks, moorhens, swans, tits, wrens, blackbirds, thrushes, woodpeckers, cormorants, kingfishers, but also... lizards, mice, squirrels, hedgehogs, salamanders, frogs, and... coypus!!!!
