Your "Home Away From Home" is a bright, spacious, lower level Studio Apartment in my home. The 220 square foot suite offers you complete privacy, a fully stocked kitchenette and private bathroom Close to wineries and vineyards, the magical falls and all the fun of Clifton Hill! The space I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: *I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob *I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination *I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists *I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay This lower level studio apartment offers a comfortable queen size bed, lots of pillow choices, an electric fireplace to keep you cozy, 40" HD TV with cable, Netflix, Disney+ and Fire Stick, love seat and a kitchenette with microwave, Keurig coffee maker (coffee included), electric kettle and toaster, toaster oven, and full size refrigerator. The separate (but private) bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Guest access Guests have access to the patio and back yard area and are permitted to use the BBQ and propane fire table (seasonal). Other things to note Non-Canadian visitors: please confirm required paperwork for visiting Canada. Check the website for Canada Immigration and click on the Travel tab for more information. It is your responsibility to confirm entry requirements before arriving in Canada. Refunds will not be provided for non-entry to Canada. My home is in a residential area away from the tourist area of Niagara Falls, Canada. I would recommend that you have a vehicle for transportation, but transit service is within walking distance and cabs/Uber are readily available. Knowing that I am not located within walking distance to the falls, and that I am located in a residential area, please rate your stay (location) accordingly! There are some great restaurants within a short drive not to mention all the fun at the Falls which is only 8 minutes from your door!
