Private Guest Room in Historic Town
Description
Beautiful 1927 brick home in downtown historic Strasburg (Train Town USA), just down the street from the Railroad Museums and Sight & Sound Theatre, a short walk to Amish farmland, and a 15 minute drive to charming Lancaster City. The space A beautiful home in the perfect location! We offer a private guest room with a full-sized bed and walk-in closet. The space is ideal for 1 or 2 people. We have also have a second airbnb guest room available upstairs that can fit 3 more people (so we could accommodate up to 5 people if necessary, but it would require a second booking). We love living in this beautiful area, and are very familiar with the local attractions, restaurants, theatres, and events (we've worked for most of the theatres in the area!). We're happy to make recommendations! Guest access Private room just for you! The guest bathroom is right beside your room. It is just used for guests. We do have one other guest room also available on airbnb so depending on whether or not someone else is staying at the same time it could either be private or shared with another airbnb guest. You are also welcome to relax out on the front porch or in our beautiful back yard. Other things to note We do our best to keep our house warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer, but it is not always easy with an older house. In the Summer it can be warm, and in the Winter it generally stays about 60-65°F. If you are new to airbnb, please know that this is our home. We love it here and love opening it up to guests, but it is not a hotel. If you are looking to stay in a hotel or an actual bed & breakfast there are many great ones in this area. If you are looking to stay in a home with locals then we would welcome you here! Our rates are a suggested donation. Please feel free to discuss anything with us before booking.
