We are a traditional bed and breakfast located a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg, Texas, just 10 minutes north on Hwy 16. If you're looking for a quiet stay in the scenic Texas Hill Country, this is it. Our property is situated up on a hill, with a fabulous panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Our limestone rock house sits on 14 wooded acres, and was just completed in 2019. The space We have 3 large bedrooms, all with new furnishings -- big, comfortable king-size beds, Egyptian cotton sheets, luxury pillow choices. Each room includes a ceiling fan and has its own private bathroom and shower. The 3 bedrooms share a common living room with a private entry. And each night's stay comes with a home-cooked, country-style gourmet breakfast to start your day right after a good night's rest!
