The space Arriving to Little Fern House you will enter the natural light filled air conditioned open plan living area and dining, which straight away makes you feel like you are on holiday with the coastal / plantation décor. This area then opens onto a relaxing alfresco outdoor seating and dining area that is surrounded by a private tropical garden great for entertaining. Also downstairs is the open plan kitchen which is very well stocked including more than the "standard". Essentials like olive oil, balsamic, dish washing tablets and more etc., so that guests don’t need to buy such items. Downstairs there are two generous bedrooms with new quiet ceiling fans and super comfortable beds, a main bathroom with shower and separate bath. There is also a fully contained laundry, and a separate toilet.
