Apart from modern amenities in house, multicuisine restaurant-bar & 'Mini- Mart' in the campus will make your stay comfortable. Excellent location for photography! Palghar, now an extended Western suburb after Virar with urban grandeur. Nearby Beaches and Forts - Shirgaon, Kelwa, Mahim, Satpati, Wadrai The space The best place for family, work and office get-together. The most quite, calm place to relax. With 100 mbps Wifi and smart TV. Bungalow is very spacious having 3 big bedrooms with AC, dining, kitchen, hall, porch, pooja-ghar and 3 big terraces. Swimming pool is shared. It's a bungalow society with 24 hrs. security personnel and CCTV camera security. Guest access 1. Cook is not available. Kitchen is available for limited use e.g. warming food or making tea etc. Glasses, plates, dishes, spoons and few cooking utensils are available in the kitchen. Refrigerator, microwave oven are available. If you wish to use kitchen for cooking food, let me know. 2. Food can be ordered from a local home made food caterers staying nearby, or from the well known restaurant available in the campus..just 5 minutes walkable distance from the bungalow. Local food supplier nos. can be provided post booking confirmation. 3.'Mini-mart' - small shops are there in the same campus, where groceries, snacks, milk, softdrinks, ice cream etc always available. 4. Water purifier for drinking water, power backup ( inverter) is available in the bungalow. 5. 100 Mbps Wifi, Smart TV Other things to note Guest should not disturb neighborhood property.
