One-bedroom in Dalton's Historic District offers guests the opportunity to be close to everything Dalton has to offer. Parking is on the street, but the unit has its own private entrance and is 1 of 4 units on the property. All the other units are currently occupied with tenants, so mutual courtesy and respect is appreciated. A 14-night minimum is required. Our target market is the traveling professional who is tired of the a typical long-term hotel stay. All inquiries are welcome. The apartment offers a living room with sofa, over-sized chair, tv and desk. The bathroom comes with shower/tub combo, vanity, toilet. There are 3 storage closets to store your suitcase or extras. The kitchen comes with a full size stove and refrigerator, microwave, and old farmhouse sink. There is NO washer/dryer on premise. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The outdoor space is shared among all the units so guests will likely see others outdoors. I'm available during normal business hours (8am-5pm) and 24/7 in the event of an emergency (aka fire or flood). General Information: • Enter code and turn knob to unlock the front door. • Enter code and turn knob to lock the front door. • Directly below the drawer of the night stand there are outlets for charging your phones and other devices. • Wi-Fi password is on a sticker attached to router beside the TV. • Trashcan is located out side the window of the bedroom (behind the headboard). To access this area pass through the breeze way located to the left of the entrace to your apartment. • Electrical fuse box is located in the kitchen above the counter. Check-Out Procedures: • Check-Out is at 11am. • Place all used linens in the floor of the bathroom. • Remove all food from refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets. • Remove trash and place in trashcan at top of driveway beside house. • IF SUMMER: Place the HVAC system on dehumidify/dry mode. - Press “MODE” button until you see a water drop at top of screen on the HVAC remote. • IF WINTER: Place the HVAC system on AUTO mode and set temperature to 68 degrees. - Press “MODE” button until you see four arrows arranged in a square at top of screen on the HVAC remote. • Turn off all lights. • Lock door behind you as you leave.
