This Guest House is the perfect getaway. Minutes ( 2.1 miles) from Santa Cruz Boardwalk yet feels secluded and private. Not another house in sight from the house and the view is the best.Southern facing affording lots of light and fresh air. Excellent security in on a privately owned street. Incredibly quiet and tranquil. Relax and enjoy the view, read a book or chat with a friend. The little kitchenette is perfect for making a delicious meal/ snack.Sweet dreams in the incredibly comfy bed The house is tucked into the hillside overlooking Pogonip City Park , Henry Cowell State park and the greenbelt.While its only two minutes to downtown the house is surrounded by nature.Red tail hawks soar above the beautiful redwoods and the deer graze in the canyon below the house. You can see the ocean only on clear days above the eualyptus trees but always have a spectacular view of the forest and canyon! The little kitchen is equipped with everything you need including coffee and tea and works well for LIGHT cooking. There is NO OVEN. Amazing new queen size Tempurpedic mattress, Fancy linens and down comforter. Nice flat screen with a HUGE great cable package including Netflix and Prime ! The Bungalow is a separate house, independent from main house. There are no shared walls or spaces except driveway! Very private and quiet! I live on property and am available to answer questions or offer assistance when needed but respect guests privacy at all times. You probably won't see me. Feel free to text me if you need anything. I will check in with you also via the App! The house is on a privately owned, cul-de-sak, with only 6 houses . Property is the last house on left with huge panoramic views of Henry Cowell State Park and rolling green hills. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy parking! One mile to downtown and beaches! San Jose (SJO) airport is about 30 minutes away... San Francisco (SFO )about an hour and 10.. Los Angeles is about a 6 to 7 hour drive. Locally, Uber is always available and there is a City bus line at the beginning of the street. Downtown is approximately 1 mile. The driveway is quite large. Please park on the right side and I, and everyone else, will park on the left! There is a 4 burner cooktop stove but NO standard oven. There is a large toaster oven and microwave.
