Lovely 3-bed, 2-bath family home in the picturesque village of Oxshott, featuring a spacious private garden and rear patio. We have 3 double bedrooms (master with ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining area, and a cosy lounge. Natural light and privacy abound. Comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 1 child sharing with adults, with a travel cot available on request. Just a 3-minute walk to the high street and 10 minutes to the station, with regular trains to London and Guildford. The space Guests enter the property from the driveway, where there is space to park up to three cars, providing convenient and secure access. Entry to the house is through the front garden, leading to a welcoming entranceway. The entrance features a small seated bench and a cabinet, ideal for storing shoes and keeping the space organised. The sitting room is a cosy and inviting area, with a 3-seater corner sofa and a matching chaise longue, perfect for relaxing together. A large wall-mounted TV provides access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and BBC iPlayer, ensuring plenty of entertainment options for all ages, whether you’re having a movie night or catching up on your favourite shows. Next to the sitting room is the downstairs cloakroom, which features a small shower unit, toilet, sink, heated towel rail, and mirror, providing added convenience for guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a modern oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and an American-style fridge freezer. There is also a plug-in electric dryer should you need to do some washing. The dining room is a lovely, bright, and sunny space, situated in the rear conservatory. It features a wooden dining table with six chairs, making it an ideal spot for family meals or gatherings with friends. A couple of additional fold-up chairs can be left out if you need to seat more than 6 guests. We provide tea, coffee, and sugar for guests to enjoy, along with a stocked pantry that guests are welcome to help themselves to. We kindly ask that anything used up be replaced. Children's toys, books, and a travel cot can be provided on request to ensure little ones are kept entertained and comfortable. As parents ourselves, we understand the challenges of travelling with small children and want our guests to feel completely at home. Upstairs, the house features three spacious bedrooms: - The master bedroom has a very comfortable super king bed and a newly added ensuite shower room, with a large walking shower, toilet, vanity and complete with underfloor heating. There is also a wall-mounted television which you can access Netflix and other apps via Google Chrome on your iPhone or laptop. - The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. - The third bedroom is fitted with bunk beds, offering a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is a small desk and a children's wardrobe. The family bathroom has been recently updated and features a large bathtub, a spacious shower unit, a vanity, and a toilet. It also benefits from underfloor heating, adding an extra touch of comfort. Outside, the property offers a rear patio garden with seating, swings, and a lovely rattan dining set that can seat six people, perfect for al fresco meals or relaxing with friends and family. At the front, there’s a large, grassed garden with a small slide. The front garden is gated, offering a secure area for little ones to play safely. Guest access You will have access to the whole house, bar one locked room where we store our belongings whilst we are away.
