We are a block off downtown and just a short walk to all the great restaurants. The mountain views of White River National Forest off the deck in the back are AMAZING! 15 minutes to Ski Cooper and 25 minutes to Copper. Lots of toys and board games for the kids and a charcoal grill in the back for summer time grilling! 4K TV, 100 Mbps Internet with WiFi, tons of DVDs, XBox, Satellite TV and Apple TV in two rooms w/access to Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and other apps. The space Original flooring and great big windows create an awesome atmosphere. Just wait until you see the view from the deck! We focus on your comfort which include nearly anything you would need to cook meals at home, shampoo/conditioner and soap as well as all towels and toiletries. Our idea of a relaxing vacation is giving you time to relax by providing more for you. New mattresses, high thread-count sheets and comfy pillows throughout each bedroom! Big screen TV with AppleTV for Hulu, Netflix, and HBO MAX access. DVD player with 80+ movies to choose from and Dish Network satellite access. We also have WiFi for your use. - Xbox OneX - Dishwasher - Gas Weber Grill - Crock Pot - Blender - Electric Hand-Mixer - Microwave - Toaster and separate Toaster Oven - Coffee Maker and Keurig Machine and coffee/tea provided with sugar and sweeteners. - Air Pop Popcorn Maker and popcorn - Full size washer and high-efficiency dryer with detergent - Lots of kids toys and board games. Poker chips and cards are in the round table in the corner between the couches. - Coolers and growlers for your use - Kitchen includes a good mix of spices and cooking oils. Aluminum foil, plastic wrap and other common things you need to prepare a great meal. Just added a new folding couch that turns into a bed (the 5th bed I've counted as part of the listing) Pull the Velcro from under the front and lift until it clicks. (Directions are under the cushions that lift) Also have a Pack 'N Play and baby blankets in the cabinet above the closet in the kids room. Tons of blankets both in the living room blanket chest and also the kids room closet. Extra pillows, sheets and blankets here too. Guest access The entire house aside from a locked closet and the shed in the back is yours to use during your stay. Other things to note If you’d like to bring a pet please discuss the details with us. There will be an additional $50 fee added to the cost for additional cleaning.
