This is a big and comfortable bedroom in an apartment building with a nice view of Downtown TO. You will have your own bedroom, a closet (hangers, extra pillow, blanket and towels). Laundry (washer/dryer). TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime videos; Air conditioner and a ceiling fan. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony are shared with me. You may use the entire place but be aware of the house rules. I will be away most of the times. Then, you will have the entire place for yourself.
