If you rent our home you will be part of this community and will need to be respectful of the neighbors and follow the Diamond Notch Manor Homeowners Association rules. These are the rules shared by the community (i.e., the owners, their guests, and renters). ✓ No pets allowed in the house (house rule) or on HOA property (HOA rule) ✓ Quiet hours are 10pm to 5am. ✓ No excessive noise at any time ✓ Do not trespass on neighbor's property or park your car on the neighbor's property. No parking on common HOA road. ✓ All motor vehicles operated on Diamond Notch Manor property must be operated by licensed drivers who are registered and insured. ✓ Do not leave anything outside the dumpster. ✓ HOA facilitates – Overview : (a) The pool, tennis court, and common grounds are property shared by the HOA community and open seasonally; (b) Use of the pool and tennis court is strictly prohibited without - 1st - written permission from us and - 2nd - a digital waiver signed and on file. If both of these conditions are met, renters will only then be given the lock code to enter the facilities; (c) Diamond Notch Manor HOA owners have preference to the pool and tennis courts at all times. ✓ HOA facilitates – Tennis Court Rules: (a) The Tennis Court is open May through September; (b) Tennis Court is under video surveillance; (c) Tennis Court is for tennis only; (d) Do not use the Tennis Court before 9am; (e) No food or glass allowed in tennis court; (f) If others are waiting, there is a 1-hour maximum play. ✓ HOA facilitates – Pool Rules: (a) The Pool is open early July through the end of August, although subject to closing from time to time; (b) The Pool is under video surveillance; (c) The community (owners and guests) must adhere to and obey all posted pool rules; (d) No glass or food in pool area; (e) No babies/infants allowed in pool, nor any individual (toddlers, etc) who are not toilet trained; (f) Do not leave personal items behind you at the pool.
