Simply connect your laptop and make duel screen. Baby cot if needed. This is a single room with attached bathroom. Room has its own key. A shared kitchen with all facilities. Location is very convenient. There are many street parking. Nearby facilities are restaurants, gas station and other amenities within a minute walk. The space The room is in upstairs. You will have separate key to enter the room. The room has attached bathroom only for you to use. A workstation setup with monitor, keyboard, mouse and HDMI cable. There is living area downstairs. You will get a smart HD TV with dining table and chairs setup. This area is shared with either me when I live in my room or other guest if booked. Kitchen is also in downstairs. Please feel free to use all facilities available there. This area is also shared. I will highly appreciate if you please keep things clean after your use. A washing machine and a dryer are in garage. You can use if needed. There is a small backyard. Please feel free to use as you need and make sure to close and lock the sliding door as you exit. The house has 1-car garage. The cleaner and I normally use it. You can get it for $10 per day. We will provide you the garage remote key when you separately book it. You will be charged an additional $20 and repair cost of the garage door if you use it without the remote and without being authorised. Guest access Guest can access the following. - Kitchen - Lounge with smart HD TV and dining table - Backyard - Laundry facilities You can feel the whole house is yours except the other two rooms upstairs. Other things to note If you happened to be here on Tuesday evening or night, I would appreciate if you please take the outside bin (red and yellow/green) from outside of backyard entrance (or, near mailboxes) to the road as like other bin on the road. If you happened to be here on Wednesday, please bring the bin from road to near backyard entrance under trees. This is just courtesy request if in case I am not here on the day or night. Strictly no smoking inside the house. Please do not send any price reduce kind of offer. I may not respond.
