Seneca Sunset Couple's Cottage
Kick back and relax in your own stylish, private lakefront cottage. You can enjoy spectacular views of Seneca Lake and her beautiful sunsets. You'll be located on the lake, just off of Rt 414, in a prime stretch of wineries, breweries, dining, hiking, local markets and live music. Your hosts, Stephanie & Kevin, are locals and appreciate what a unique experience this area provides. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet, with many local residents calling it home. The cottage is a quaint 650 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath. Perfect for 2 couples who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful Finger Lakes region. There is one queen, and one full size, bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Our cottage is located within just a few miles of numerous wineries, breweries and NY State Park trails. Our neighbors are primarily locals and the area around the cottage is a laid back, relaxing place to unwind and enjoy Seneca Lake. Guests will have private access to the house, deck, yard and lake dock. Kayaks, life jackets and some water toys will be available for use at your own risk. A beach fire pit is available for your enjoyment, but please be sure to extinguish the fire prior to leaving the area. We are locals as well and we're available via text / phone for any questions you may have during your stay. This is a quiet lakeside location in the heart of all sorts of things to make your stay enjoyable. The private dock offers you incredible sunsets and beautiful lake views. Park parallel in front of house. Do not block other house's driveways please. This location is very close to some of the best wineries and breweries in the area. Not only that but is easy access to hiking/walking trails in the national forest as well as a short 15 minute drive to the Watkins Glen State Park and the beautiful gorge trails.
