It is located at The tallest building in Southern Hemisphere Australia 108 with great views of Port Melbourne, St Kilda bay, Botanic Gardens and Yarra river with great natural lighting. It is conveniently located a short stroll from city, Yarra river, Crown Casino, Flinders station, galleries, Botanic Gardens and multiple tram stops. The space It's a two bedroom apartment, I am staying in the second bedroom if I'm not travelling. You will have your own good size ensuite bedroom with built in mirrored wardrobe and shelves. Queen size bed with new mattress, bed sheets, bedside table, lamp, table, office chair and artwork. The apartment has central heating and cooling and is fully furnished including refrigerator, washing machine(no dryer), dishwasher and all the kitchen appliances. Amenities of the building including gym and swimming pool is not included in your booking. Guest access Not suitable for you if you have a car as there aren’t many parking options. During your stay I’m occupying the other room so you have access to me and if I’m travelling myself you can message and email me if you have any questions. Other things to note . Check in window is from 3 pm till 11 pm and check out is before 10 am (please message me if your check in and check out time is different from the specified one, I might be able to accommodate your request). My place is suitable for someone who wants a clean and comfortable bed with their own bathroom . As it is an apartment and you are sharing the kitchen with me, it’s suitable for preparation of light meals and not heavy cooking . No cooking after 10 PM and no use of communal area after 12 AM while I’m staying at the place . This is not a party house and smoke and drugs are strictly prohibited .You need to be at least fully vaccinated .No visitors or sleepovers . No smoking or vaping in any part of the building as smoke detectors are highly sensitive and it causes the false fire alarm and costs you couple of thousands dollars to pay for firefighters showing up .No shoes in the house . Usage of the building amenities (Gym, Swimming pool,…) is NOT INCLUDED in the booking
