The space My unit offers privacy for 2 guests. I have a second queen bed available for an additional 2 guests. My unit is spacious and bright and comfortable. I have a washer and dryer in my unit so you don’t have to take dirty laundry back. You’ll love it! Guest access You will have the entire unit to yourself. Gated residential community. You will need an ID for virtual gate access at the initial entry then you will have automatic gate reader pass provided on the parking pass. While you are visiting, note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. We recommend that you wear a mask when you go shopping or visiting parks and maintain social distancing guidelines. Please wash hands often with soap and water and practice good hygiene when sneezing/coughing. Please be safe and enjoy your stay. We are not responsible for your towed vehicle (s). We are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the amenities. Other things to note 1. Please note that the clubhouse, pools, hot tubs, playground, and fitness room operation/availability is controlled by the HOA management and not the individual units. If any of the amenities is closed for any reason (i.e. bad weather, Covid-19, maintenance and repair), then it is beyond our control and we can't take responsibility. There is a $5/stay amenities fee that is already included in your stay and there are no additional charges. We are not responsible if you or anyone in your group/family/friends get injured from using any of the facilities or amenities. Pool Hours can vary but usually are 8am-8pm (Spring and Summer) and 8am-6pm (Fall and Winter) 2. Amenities key card will be provided inside the unit. Please put it back upon check out. Amenities keycard replacement cost to guest will be $75 if mistakenly taken, forgotten to put back, lost or stolen or damaged. 3. General Cleaning Fee of $100 per reservation applies. Additional Cleaning Fees of up to $300 will be applied and charged to your reservation for excessive cleaning needed above and beyond normal use or if you smoke or there is pet droppings as per cleaning company charges. Smoking of any type is not allowed inside the unit and outside on the balcony/patio space. 4. Late check out fee is an additional cost and is structured as follows: $20 per hour from 10am-12pm on check out day. Please note: Guest check-in is at 4pm. To properly ensure a minimum cleaning window for the cleaning crew, we cannot honor a late check out after 12pm when there is another booking or guest arriving same day as your check-out. Please reach out to us if you are looking for a flexible check out time. 5. Additional guest is $5 each per day. No unregistered guests allowed. 6. Take out garbage and trash to the main dumpster located near the exit of the community. Please do not leave it on the outside patio. 7. Please park your vehicle facing forward into the parking spot. Please keep the yellow visitor parking pass on the rear view mirror. Do not back in to a parking spot. Your vehicle will be towed if not parked correctly. We are not responsible for your towed vehicle. 8. There is a gate card reader laminated to the visitor parking pass. This will help you enter the complex and bypass the virtual gate kiosk during your stay. Please return the laminated parking pass with the gate card reader when you check out. There is a $75 replacement charge for this visitor parking pass if not returned and/or lost. 9. We allow pets, please clean up after them. There is a minimal pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Maximum 2 pets allowed per reservation. 10. You will not be refunded once you have checked in and you decide to leave earlier or check out prior to your reservation end date for your personal reasons, or during hurricane season or inclement weather, or for any circumstances beyond our control.
