The space This characterful stone house has three open fireplaces and period features. The large farmhouse kitchen seats 12 guests and is well-equipped for self-catering. There's a separate utility room and boot room adjoining. The two sitting rooms, with smart TVs and a fire each, provide ample seating for guests. A separate home office sits in the courtyard, perfect for home working. The accommodation is split over the first and second floors. There are 5 bedrooms; 4 are doubles and 1 is a twin, though two beds can also be split into twin beds for groups. Each bedroom includes a smart TV. There are two day beds in "bedroom 6", suitable for young children, and a cot and highchair are available. There are 3 bathrooms; two with a separate bath and shower, and one with a freestanding bath. Step out from the kitchen into the large south-facing garden. The patio includes outdoor seating, and the beautifully built gazebo is a stunning feature, seating 12 and with lighting for the evenings. The parking is off-street and ample, and the house is private and neighbouring only some barns. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay, ensuring complete privacy and a comfortable experience. Other things to note The house sleeps 10 guests plus 2 young children. There are two fixed daybeds in the snug / bedroom 6, suitable for children under 5ft4. Families with young children can request a cot and a high chair free of charge. Linen, bath towels, logs for the three fires, a small selection of toiletries, and a locally sourced welcome hamper are all included in this luxury large holiday home. The brand-new kitchen includes a breakfast bar, large American fridge-freezer, an electric range cooker, a dishwasher, and a full kitchen inventory for a home-from-home experience.
