Located less then 10 minutes from Bancroft on the highly sought after Bay Lake with its crystal clear water, your whole family will find a place to relax and unwind at this gem. This is our treasured family cottage not a full time rental. We are thrilled to have you but please respect it and our neighbors. No parties. We welcome guests that will be respectful and show care for our beloved cottage. Please leave it as you found it. The space July - August we only book 7 night stays with check in at 4pm and check out the following Sunday at 11am. Requests that fall outside of this will be declined. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire cottage. All 4 bedrooms (1 on the main level and 3 upstairs), 1 (ONE) bathroom, kitchen and living space. One large outdoor deck, screened in porch, sauna and use of the firepit, dock and swimming area in season. In the warmer months there is a canoe and kayak available (life jackets MUST be worn). Our neighbours have 2 incredibly friendly labs that frequently wander over to say hello. They love kids and are very sweet. If you are fearful of dogs then this is likely not the best place for your getaway. Other things to note There are 3 cameras outside by the entrance for security reasons. We are able to see the number of people entering the cottage. Please note, there is a steep driveway. During the winter months caution is advised. You may need to park at the top of the driveway and walk down.
