Great for shopping, riverside walks, fine restaurants cafes and friendly bars. All of Northumberland's beautiful coastlines and castles incuding Alnwick, Bamburgh, and Dunstanburgh are a short drive away: Beamish musueum 40 mins. Relax at Close Quarters while exploring Northumberland. This special place makes it easy to plan your visit The space Entering the property there is a ring doorbell which monitors my front door only. There's a small porch ideal for placing shoes. Turning left into the tastefully decorated lounge, you will see the staircase to the open mezzanine bedroom on the first floor. The lounge has a smart TV with streaming services and you have access to strong wifi at 132Mb/second. Leather settee and chair. Additionally, you will see a desk and chair under the stairs, a settee and footstool. Moving through the lounge, the kitchen has all essential amenities: including a washer/drier, fridge freezer oven and hob, 1 1/2 sink, microwave and breakfast bar, stools and plenty of storage space. Turning right into the bathroom there is a toilet on the left, and a bath with over-bath shower to the right. Parking for your car is next to the house within a square of spaces dedicated to the houses in the vicinity. Dogs - Some guests would like to bring a dog. There is room for one dog, on request. Guest access Guests have full and sole access to the property. Other things to note A key will be available in the lockbox outside the house. Push-bikes may be stored in the garden at the guests own risk. The garden also has a picnic table and benches for 4 people. A single pet is allowed on request. No smoking/vaping please Guests must not accept deliveries, eg post and parcels at Close Quarters. Guests must not charge a car or any other vehicle from the property. We do not charge a cleaning fee.
