Very special location - at the end of a private cul-de-sac backed by beautiful woods. Cottage has brand new kitchen and has an open dining/living room floor plan great for family gatherings. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook for your party! There is charcoal grill for any outdoor cooking you might have! This cottage is lovingly family-owned and maintained. In 2021 we completely replaced the kitchen. The cottage is comfortable and clean, but the star of this property is its location and private frontage on Platte Lake. Arguably the best spot on the lake! * Pontoon is family owned and is not available for use or rent. * Additional pet fee of $100 per pet.
