The space The apartment is located on the second floor of the Pontal Building and has 4 elevators (2 for guests and 2 for service). The area around the building is quiet, wooded and very peaceful. The space has a shuttle to take guests to Reserva beach, a mini market nearby, bakery, produce market, pharmacy, 24-hour bank, gas station, as well as restaurants and bars. The building also has a swimming pool (upon presentation of a medical certificate), gym and sports court for guests to use. Guest access The apartment is in the Barra Sul condominium, located in front of the BRT Pontões/Barra Sul station, at Avenida das Américas 12221 - Barra da Tijuca. The Pontal Building has a 24-hour concierge every day of the week and the availability of a parking space in the building's parking lot. Other things to note The condominium has a ferry that connects it with the beach, passing through the Marapendi lagoon, and at no additional cost to the apartment's guests (maximum of 5 guests). The tour of the lagoon is beautiful, and guests will be left in a beach location that is an ecological reserve, thus ensuring all the tranquility and beauty possible.
