1-Bedroom at Vacation Village Resort near Disney

This is a 1-bedroom timeshare condo at Vacation Village Resort. Which is right across from the town of Celebration and only 5 minutes from Disney property. The resort is conveniently located next to many restaurants, shops (including a huge Nike Outlet) and grocery store. The resort has many pools and play areas including basketball courts and kids activities. The condo itself is a 1-bedroom condo with a bed in the master bedroom and a queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The space This is a huge timeshare mega resort with many different rooms. The exact unit is assigned at check in. Some of the main differences between rooms is color scheme. Some units have a king bed in the master bedroom and some have a queen size in the master bedroom. All units have a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Some units have a smaller kitchen which does not include an oven only cook top burners. Guest access Guest has full access to all of the resort pools and amenities inside the Vacation Village at Parkway resort. Other things to note The pictures of the rooms are general in nature. This is a timeshre resort, specific unit will be assigned at check in. The units color scheme and furniture may be different based on room. The resort requires the person checking in must be 21 years or older. Resort charges a mandatory $50 per week resort amenities and activities fee at check in. Resort will require a credit card or debit card at check in and a $150 security deposit is held on card until check out. Resort is pet friendly, but does require a non-refundable $125 pet fee due at check in and can be for up to 2 pets (no more then 35 lbs each pet). The resort has specific buildings on property for pet friendly rooms.
