Bright and comfortable, a great place to relax after exploring the tri-cities. We live in the home above the apartment. Since we don't have any children at home, we're typically very quiet. Our family will occasionally visit and guests may hear some noise. There are security cameras on the outside of the house. They cannot view the interior of the apartment. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the entire property - not just indoors, but the entire property. We understand that this may be a hardship for some.
