SW Portland Charming 3 bedroom - Dog Friendly

Welcome to the Holly Park House. This single family home has 3 bedrooms, and one bathroom. A spacious kitchen is stocked with essentials. There are queen sized beds in the main bedroom and second bedroom and full (double) bed in third room. A smart TV with fast internet. There is a window a/c unit. Central heat. We accept dogs at this property. There is a separate pet fee for each dog. The space There is a large fenced back yard. This house is ideal for contractors or anyone needing a longer term stay. Close to OSHU - it's about a 10 minute drive. The I-5 is only few minutes and less than a mile away. You can walk to a little park across the street. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, coffeemaker. The new oven is self cleaning. Side by side refrigerator and a dishwasher as well. Living room has a full size couch (with detachable pet cover) and a chair and 2 ottomans. Bathroom has a walk in shower with curtain. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bonus room with a double bed. We will accept more than one dog, We do not have weight or breed limits on dogs. Each dog incurs a $150 pet fee. Guests are responsible for and damages caused by their pets. Guest access Parking for one vehicle onsite in a designated area. There is also room for 2 vehicles on the property in a designated areas (bark chipped). There is also onstreet parking adjacent to the property. The detached garage is not available. The host/owner uses the detached garage and parks in the long asphalt driveway., which is not accessible to guests. You may see people coming and going in the detached garage during your stay. Other things to note There is outside video surveillance. It does not view or record the inside of the house. Only 3 unrelated adults are permitted - one per bed. No air mattresses, cots or sleeping on couches. Is it possible to connect directly to the modem for remote workers. We do not provide an Ethernet cable. Guests must pick up after their pets. House is deemed acceptable 30 minutes after checkin. Any issues must be reported immediately and we will remedy in a timely manner. Access to address any concerns cannot be denied. We do not issue refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances out of our control such as weather, power or wifi outages. We highly encourage the purchase of CFAR trip insurance. We do not refund for extenuating circumstances or COVID. This is not a party house. Only guests on the reservation are allowed. No outside visitors. There is no smoking or vaping inside the property.
