"Queen By The Sea" boasts 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Inverted floor plan with 4 bedrooms located on the first level. The Queen bedroom and Double bunk (twin over full) bed room share a bath (shower). Across the foyer, the King bedroom and Queen bedroom share a bath (tub/shower). All bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs, ceiling fans, and are beautifully decorated in nautical/mermaid theme throughout. Heading upstairs you will find a King Master bedroom with private bath (shower only) as well as the open Living area, Kitchen, and Dining room with Wet bar. The kitchen provides top-notch appliances! For your convenience, a Laundry room and half bath are found on the upper level. The desired open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and family time. Kid friendly and well stocked! Enjoy family dinners surrounded by beautiful mermaid décor, stunning ocean views, and breathtaking sunsets! Lounge or enjoy your morning coffee on either of the ocean facing covered decks. Convenient beach access, literally just steps away (30-45 second walk to beach access). If you need a break from the ocean, come and relax by the spacious pool! Breathe in the ocean air and let your stress melt away at "Queen by the Sea". No Smoking & No Pets. No large events. No confetti or adhesive decorations. Bed linens and bath towels will be provided; Guests may be responsible for making beds. The home is well stocked with most essentials! There will be a minimum of 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and hand soap. 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, several dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, trash bags and cleaning products provided. Extra coffee maker is located under wet bar sink. Extra blankets and pillows are located in each bedroom closet. Fire extinguishers, blanket and first aid kit provided. From the Holden Beach Town Website: All tents must be taken down on Holden Beach, NC, by 6:00 PM nightly. All beach equipment, including tents, must be removed from the beach strand between 6:00 PM and 7:00 AM. If these items are left on the beach during that time, they will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the town. Guests may want to bring their own beach chairs , beach/pool towels, and items to ensure there is enough for each guests. Guests are welcome to use any beach/pool essentials/items that are at the home. After use, make sure the sand is rinsed off items and they are stored back in outdoor shower. Kid beach/pool toys are stored in storage bench in front of the outdoor shower. Pool is NOT heated! Make sure all pool umbrellas are down if it gets too windy and during the night. In addition make sure pool gate/shower door/doors to home stay closed at all times. Please store all pool items/floats in outdoor shower. Pool will be cleaned on Saturdays and Tuesdays or Wednesday. There are 2 charcoal grills provided in designated grilling/lounge area. Guests are responsible for supplying charcoal. Absolutely NO grilling on decking or underneath house. Secure grill covers while using and cover back before check-out. Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are underneath kitchen sink & downstairs hallway closet. First-aid kit is located in cabinet at wet bar. Please make sure that outside lights underneath home, pool/decks & music are turned off 10pm-8am. Trash pick up is on Tuesday and Saturday mornings during season. Tuesdays only during off season. Roll bins to end of driveway the night before (pick up is very early). Outdoor shower will be turned off in winter if necessary to protect pipes. Guest access All access to home with the exception of the storage unit located on the ground floor. Other things to note We have partnered with “Flamingals Stop & Drop Rentals” for all your Golf Cart, electric & regular scooters, bikes, etc rental needs. For a discounted price, guests can reserve a brand new Luxury lifted DENAGO 6 or 4 passenger golf cart for your beach vacation! Send me a message for more details! Located at the East end of the beach. Wonderful ocean and inlet views! Literally steps from the beach! Quiet, relaxing family beach! Guest(s) will be responsible for any missing items and/or damage. We understand accidents can happen. Please let us know before checkout if something were to happen. This helps tremendously in preparing for our next guests. At checkout, all dirty linens (sheets/pillowcases only), towels, etc should be placed in laundry room, any dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and any decor put back in its general area. Set air back to 76 in Summer and Heat to 68 in Winter. All trash cans need to be emptied, all doors/windows locked and place keys back in lockbox. Trash pick-up is on Tuesday and Saturday mornings during the Prime months. Tuesday only during the off season. Containers should be rolled to the end of the driveway for collection the night before.
