Beautiful Cobble Hill Waterfront Garden Apartment

We have a Beautiful Cobble Hill Waterfront District one bedroom apartment, with access to our garden patio. The space Safe, cozy, and serene, our space is the perfect place to recharge your “batteries”. There is also plenty of closet and drawer space. The Full size bed is very comfortable, and fully adjustable for reading. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee machine, along with complimentary coffee pods, hot chocolate, and fixings to get you started. The large leather couch is very comfortable as well, and fully reclines. Great for watching your favorite shows or movies on the 42" big-screen TV. Perfect after a full day of working, exploring this amazing neighborhood, or a night out on the town. Guest access You're welcome to enjoy the garden (front) patio, which is a common area, accessible to everyone in the building. It’s a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail :) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BACK DECK IS NOT FOR USE Other things to note Guests that make the reservations through Air BnB, MUST be the actual guests, and not reserving “for a friend” or a “family member”. For liability reasons alone, this must be acknowledged. If there is ANY discrepancy, the reservation will be cancelled immediately. Please observe the 3 "C's": 1) CLOSE and lock the front iron gate and backyard door and please KEEP THEM LOCKED at all times. Also, when heading out, please close and lock them all, including the windows. 2) CRUMBS will attract insect pests, so please clean up any food remnants. Our house is relatively pest free and we would like to keep it that way. 3) CUTTING Boards should be used for any cutting, and not the granite countertops. * NO SMOKING (of any kind) inside the building. Seriously...DON'T. You are welcome to smoke outside in the yard (FRONT Patio), OR in the front of the building on the stoop. *Note: Unfortunately, due to multiple bad experiences, there can be NO USE OF THE STOVES TOP and careful use of the oven.
