The Oregon House apartment has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay a stone's throw from the Pacific ocean. Miles of sandy beach to explore heading south and Seal Rock State Park just north. Closest beach access trail 30 yards from your doorstep. The location of this property is perfect for beachcombers year round. Family friendly, accommodates up to 4 guests. We are pet friendly but you must let us know you plan to bring them and request approval for any pets before booking! The space Front bedroom IKEA bed has 2 mattresses, can stay twin for extra space or become king. Go to sleep listening to the waves crashing! BR 2 has 42" HDTV, cable, DVD player, queen bed and couch with ottoman that converts to double bed. Approx 600 sq' apartment has full capacity washer and dryer. Kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, countertop convection oven and single burner induction hot plate. The ability to drive up onto concrete driveway, low threshold entrance and a generous size (10x12) full bath is a plus for limited mobility guests. Guest access The private gravel road to access this neighborhood is easy to walk end to end. Parking space is available for vehicles in front of unit and on concrete driveway. Closest beach access is via a short trail with rock scrambling - well worth the effort to explore amazing tide pools. Guests can also access miles of sandy, uncrowded beach by walking or driving about 3 blocks down the gravel road. Parking is available next to a short, gentle inclined path to the beach. Other things to note We are taking extra care to disinfect due to covid-19, including occasional use of an ozone generator. Pets are welcome but must be approved!
