This unique setup features four spacious bedrooms, each with luxurious king-sized beds and smart TVs offering Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+. The living room is perfect for relaxing, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and an additional smart TV for entertainment. Please note: No smoking inside. A $300 cleaning fee applies for any violations. The space The expansive kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including a filtered water system, ice maker, and modern appliances. Step outside and unwind on the shared patio, featuring a gas fire pit and outdoor TV—ideal for enjoying a quiet evening or entertaining guests. The home offers a private entrance and dedicated parking in the loop of the shared driveway for your convenience. While we reside on the opposite side of the house, the space is completely private with no shared internal areas, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay. Other things to note Myself and my family reside on the property with our own private entrance.
