No access to the garages. There is 1 private bedroom on the main floor With a queen bed across from the bathroom, downstairs in the finished basement there is a shared space with a full size bed and bunk beds. There is no bathroom in the basement. The loft has a king bed and private bath. No access to the closet. There is also another bedroom in the basement with a queen size bed. A main floor bathroom. There is plenty of room if you need more sleeping areas to bring your own air mattress if you need more sleeping space. Just over a mile away from M72 trail head on the most popular Blue Bear 76 Trail the most popular trail head for Side by sides, ORV’s and snow mobiles. Across the street from Cub Lake and a mile to Bear Lake, Higgins Lake is about 30 minutes, Torch Lake is about 30 minutes. Shel-Haven Canoe Rentals on the Manistee River is 10 minutes. Traverse City is 45 minutes. Grayling is 12 minutes away, Kalkaska is 12 minute away, Gaylord is 40 minutes, and Turtle Creek casino is 30 minutes. 30 minutes from Williamsburg horse show. My place is perfect and centrally located to many great towns, trails, and activities. Lots of hiking Trails close as well. Mackinac Island is about an hour and a half away. Sleeping bear dunes Is about an hour and a half away as well. Old Mission Peninsula wineries are about an hour away. It’s a great location to see lots of attractions. I’m just over a mile to the 76 Blue bear Trail. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the hideaway by Trail and 1 hour to get to Lakes of the North by Trail. My place is the perfect place to get to the trails. South of M72 is the Cranberry Trail. When you stay at my place make yourselves at home.
