NO SMOKING ALLOWED A beautiful retreat away from home. Newly renovated basement, accessed from the back of the house down a steep grade. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta, 12 minutes from the International Airport and within 5 minutes from the closest train station. We have placed all the little touches in our space to make this a home away from home. Tenant with a baby and toddler upstairs and there will be movement. If you are sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you. During your stay We give our guests full privacy. We work varying hours and therefore may not be available to interact. Other things to note WE ARE NOT a laundromat. Laundry facilities are available at no cost to our long term guests: those staying 14 nights or more. Guest under 14 nights: there will be a fee of $10 per load. Please make PRIOR arrangements. Note: we do not provide detergent. Pets are not allowed due to the existence of common spaces.
