Beautiful modern home with a cozy porch that overlooks Trinity Bellwoods Park. Open concept, modern furnishings, plenty of windows, and lots of outdoor space. Trinity Bellwoods is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled in between Queen West (shopping), Ossington Street (hip restaurants and bars), and Dundas West (more hip restaurants and bars). Steps away from King West, Little Italy, Kensington Market, and the Waterfront. The house comes with a friendly indoor cat. The space The main floor is an open concept with contemporary living room furnishings, a dining room that seats 6, a large modern kitchen that has 3 seats at the bar. There is a stereo in the living room (bluetooth, turntable, apple tv) and in the kitchen (radio, bluetooth, Spotify connect). The main floor has full-colour Philips Hue multi-colour LED lighting. There is access to a backyard with a BBQ, 3 muskoka chairs and 2 loungers. The front porch has a large couch that seats 3-5 people. The second floor has all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the park. The second bedroom currently has a single bed but this will be soon upgraded to a double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The basement has a sectional couch and multimedia centre (projector, stereo, Apple TV, Netflix, HBO, Showtime), a desk with a 27 inch monitor and Herman Miller office chair, a large bathroom with a soaker tub and a separate shower, and a laundry room. There is on-street parking (for a fee) available directly in front of the house. Other things to note During your stay please feed the cat (her name is Lola) once a day.
