You'll love our 3000 sf beach home, built in 2007! It's just over one block from the beach. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. 4 Br, 3 Ba, a spacious loft, a great floor plan, and lots of light. At our house you can: Play foosball, go in the hot tub, enjoy the fireplace, grill on the bbq, sit on the deck, play board games, watch the 4K 55" tv with HD Dish network, use the WiFi, do a puzzle! (No more than 9 guests on property at any time, and please: NO parking on the street at all.) Guests can be all together in the sunny great room to watch tv or play games in front of the fireplace, or they can be in individual areas -- bedrooms, loft, deck... The location is in the quieter north part of Seaside, but it's still an easy walk downtown, especially along the esplanade running along the beach. Entire house, including 2nd-story deck with seating and barbeque, as well as fenced backyard. I live in Portland, but I'm available by phone, text, or email! It's the quiet part of Seaside, but still walkable to everything, especially in good weather. (Less compelling in the rain!) We're also close to the estuary, so there's lots of beach access near us, and it's usually very sparsely populated. Regarding our street, while it's a quick walk to the beach, our nextdoor neighbor is less than awesome, as she'll call the City if you park on the street for even a second (and I'll get in trouble) or are loud after 10:00. - $25-per-dog pet fee not included in total. Dog may not be left alone at the house at any time nor may it be allowed to bark to the point of disturbing neighbors. VERY IMPORTANT: - There is NO street parking allowed at ANY time by guests or anyone visiting guests. Fine of $150 will attach per violation. (Neighbor watches and will report.) We have 3 parking spots available: 1 in garage, 2 in driveway. - No more than 9 guests (plus one child under age 3) are allowed on the property AT ANY TIME. This is not only for guests staying overnight. - Please respect quiet hours beginning at 10:00 p.m. Thank you so much for complying!
