Spacious cottage with views of Mt Mesley. Easy walking distance to town centre, Livingstone Park, pump track, MTB & walking trails and both pubs. 550m to Foodworks. 44km to Dinner Plain, 55km to Hotham. Indoor fireplace. New kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and laundry. Not suitable for children under 8 due to ladder access to single beds in the loft. Linen and towels provided. Deck with beautiful views, look out for the eagles and gang gangs. The space Our place is a cosy cottage. The kitchen, dining and living area are on the ground floor of the unit, along with the main bedroom, bathroom and laundry. The four-single beds are upstairs. The stairs are very steep, almost like a ladder, so not suitable for young children. The day bed in the living room can be pulled out to sleep two people comfortably. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit, not shared with any other guests. Other things to note Tea, coffee and some basic kitchen supplies are provided. Please bring your own milk. Please be considerate of our lovely neighbours. Wifi is available. The TV has remote area channels only, however the TV does have a built in DVD player. Our place is not suitable for children under the age of 8 due to the ladder like stairs and the fireplace, neither of which can be made safe for little ones.
