Sunrise Cottage on Pickerel Lake

Please note during July and August we only do minimum 6 night rentals. This cottage is located on Pickerel Lake on a quiet, dead end road. It is newly renovated, 4 bedrooms, with tons of water toys for everyone to try. Water toys include 2 paddleboards, a paddleboat, 3 kayaks, and 1 canoe. Guests are advised that cell service is spotty. Check in and check out times may be flexible, especially if booking in May, June, or September. Feel free to inquire. The space This is a newly renovated waterfront cottage, perfect for families or couples looking to get away. Guests have access to the entire cottage and the 1/2 acre of land it is on. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and it is a one floor cottage. Everything in the cottage is newly renovated - all new appliances and fully redone bathroom. Guests have full access to the outside, there is a deck halfway down to the water (great place to have your morning coffee) and a dock in the water great for lounging on or fishing from. Fire pit is included (firewood is not) and the option to have the outdoor hanging lights on or off. There is plenty of outdoor seating, whether you want to sit on the patio, by the fire, or on the deck by the water. The water is fairly shallow for about 20 meters and then drops off. It is mostly sandy (there are reeds) but shallow enough for kids to play in or take advantage of the many water toys. There is plenty of parking with room for about 5-6 cars. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, no one else will be there while they are renting. Other things to note Please note this cottage does have stairs to get to and from the water. Cell reception can be spotty and unreliable. Wifi can also go out for 10/15 mins at a time due to satellite positions.
