Even though we enjoy the the Train & they are apart of the Coast you may hear them. JUST BEAUTIFUL! Per the city of Oceanside quiet time is form 10 pm to 10 am everyday. Please be respectful of all guest on property. Guest access Guest have full access to the entire unit. There is also a deck with a BBQ area, several tables with umbrellas plenty of seating for everyone with shade! Brand New washer & Dryers onsite. Single car garage is onsite and subject to availability, so please ask if you need. Otherwise there is street parking and off street parking. Please Note: Every 2nd & 4th Monday of each month there is street sweeping you would have to temporarily move your car while they do the side of street you are once they pass you can put car right back. Please look at street signs for times. Easy Entry access , Guests will be provided upon booking and close to date of check-in door code , house rules and wifi codes & names. Other things to note Even though we love the trains and they are a part of the coast you will hear them. We do not offer TV channels HOWEVER, this is a Smart TV and there is an APP called Roku which will provide TV shows and movies limited to what they offer but there is a large selection. You can also login to your favorite app just make sure you logout. There is plenty of parking in front and across the frontage. We find that guest wind up finding it more convenient to park in front or across the front. We ask that Guest pay attention to the street signs every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month the City of Oceanside does street sweeping car must be moved to the other side of street and it is temporary and once they pass you can go right back to the place.
